Capacity Building

Through program and policy analysis, we assist organizations with being positioned for new and continued grant funding by drafting policies and procedures that are required and recommended as best practice.

In the area of program development, we help organizations with moving from creating programs and services that are “great ideas,” to implementing best and/or evidenced based practice that include the collection of data and reporting out of outcomes.

We provide program support for short, medium, or long-term projects in a variety of areas related to providers of human services, such as systems involved families and youth, minority, and under-served communities.

LGBTQ+ and Diversity & Inclusion

To truly create a welcoming and inclusive environment for the people you serve from the LGBTQ community, certain fundamentals need to be in place. We will work with you in the development of policies, procedures, marketing strategies, training and data collection.

Additionally, we provide presentations and trainings on diversity and inclusion to increase the knowledge base and competency of your staff and your organization as a whole. In addition to general diversity and inclusion trainings, we deliver presentations, trainings and technical assistance to help your agency enhance programming and services that are inclusive of many diverse communities.

Advocacy

Non-profits have a vested interest to have their voices heard, but they may not have the staff or time to strategically interface with decision-makers. We help you have a voice to make sure the public policy issue you are faced is communicated through the development of products and strategic partnerships.
